Scratching my head in confusion?

Just finished reading, 'From The Depths of Despair: Love: How Ted Forsook White Supremacy To Marry His Princess'. I don’t really know what to say. I didn’t hate it. I think the story had a great plot, it was just…different. It was more like a really really reeaallly long synopsis then a story. Not much dialog going on, and a lot of telling instead of showing.

What I'm reading today!

Just finished reading, Tempted by Blood, by Laurie London, and Shadow's Stand, by Sarah McCarty. I enjoyed Tempted by Blood, but I really liked Shadow's Stand. I've loved The Hell's Eight series from the beginning, and to me, the series gets better and better.  Shadow's strong sense of honor and commitment to protect those he loves and Fei Yen honor to family, strength and bravery makes them the perfect couple. I'm started reading Acceptable Risks by Natalie J. Damschroder while commuting to work yesterday.

April is coming to an end.

Geez, can’t believe that its already April 24th. My husband just called me, and said, “I checked out your website, and noticed that you haven’t been blogging. Blogging is good; it helps you communicate with the public." After hanging up,  shooting  him the bird, and LMAO,  I pulled up my website and got to work.

When I wrote my last post, I was going to read Nightborn, by Lynn Viehl. It was a great read.  Since then I've read: Born to Darkness by Suzanne Brockmann, which I must say that I loved. Raven Calls by C.E. Murphy; another awesome read, and Nihon Nights by Trisha Haddad. It took me a while to finish this one. It was a little slow but pretty good.

How the hell do you end a blog? Do you say bye? see you later? or just shoot everybody the bird?

Ok, ok.  I’m having one of my goofy moments. Till next time.

I finished "The Contract: Sunshine" by Shiree Flowers and E. Gail McCarver, last week. I Loved, Loved, Loved this book. I thought it was funny, sweet and romantic. The characters were great, and the story line was wonderful. I've probably read 6 books between the time I finished "The Contract" and me writing this post. Right now I'm reading "Atlantis Unmasked", by Alyssa Day, "Cole's Gamble" by Jory Strong, "Charming the Highlander" by Janet Chapmen, and two others... hmm. Oh yeah, "Nightshine" by Lynn Viehl.

Anyway. Just finished reading "Into the Wind" by, Lenise Lee, and am starting "The Contract: Sunshine" by Shiree Flowers and E. Gail McCarver.

I just finished reading “After the Storm” by Jewel Moore. It is the first of a three part series, and I thought it was a great read. When I got to the end of the first part, I was like, “hey, what the heck” I closed the book and checked my kindle for the book info, (isn’t technology grand). That’s when I remembered that this was the first of a three part series.

Can’t wait to read the rest. Way to go Jewel!!
